We understand that emergencies happen in life, but we kindly ask that you provide us with 48 hours notice of cancellation for any appointments. You can cancel directly through the app or contact the salon number directly. We also reserve the right to charge for any appointments that are missed without notice or out of cancellation time frame (48 hours), 50% of service booked for that appointment will be charged. Also if you are more than 15 minutes late without reasonable notice and or habitually late, we have the right to charge you a late fee. It is not fair for the next client to wait for their appointment when they are on time and not fair for the stylist to work under pressure. Thank you ahead for understanding and being a valued guest.
